Currently Incarnation, in the Alpha Development Stage, has need of helpful experienced staff-members to work with, develop, and moderate the game. Although the Game Staff is in a constant state of evolution and thus there are no current schedules or guidelines to follow, responsibilities and duties will be placed on you as one of our staff and we expect you to help in the development of your own responsibilities. This is by no means a paid position, compensation is only the thanks you might receive from the players, but will most certainly deserve for the time that you will put in to make Incarnation a better place. You will be credited for helping to make Incarnation a better place but there is a downside to a Staff Position. You can expect harrassment, tough judgement calls, and being flooded with requests. When you make mistakes you can expect to be critisized publicly, and often. Sometimes you will even need to help players who you don't wish to help, or you will have to work with one of your friends to make sure that they aren't disrupting others. And now, the good news. If you haven't been scared off yet, by accepting this position you'll be placed with great responsibilities. You'll have abilities to help get rid of the nasty elements of Incarnation Society. You'll have the ability to help others, to clean up rooms and make them stable, to be the Advance Testing Group for much of the new artwork and features. These powers are given to you so that you can make Incarnation a better game, which is what we are all striving for. |
